Ohio City Recalls Ravioli for Undeclared Shellfish

Ohio City Foods is recalling two lots of Ohio City Pasta Ravioli for undeclared shellfish, one of the major food allergens. Anyone with an allergy to shellfish could have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. No illnesses have been reported to date.

Ohio City Foods Ravioli Shellfish RecallThe recalled products are Four Cheese Ravioli with lot number 14346, and Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli with lot number 14351. The UPC number is 38735-00011. They are packaged in clear containers with a top label stating Ohio City Pasta. They were distributed to retail stores in Cleveland, Ohio and suburbs Heinens, Regos, and Ohio City Pasta at the Westside Market. Chicago Illinois specifically Heinens grocery, and in Pittsburgh, PA specifically Ohio City Pasta at Pittsburgh public market. They were sold between 12/11/2014 and 1/3/2015.

If you purchased these products and are allergic to shellfish, do not eat them. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a refund. You can see pictures of product labels at the FDA web site.
