Anyone who is allergic to milk proteins, as well as anyone who is lactose intolerant, could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. One reaction has been reported to the company to date. The recalled product is Donutful Chocolate Dipped Vanilla Cake Donuts that are packaged in a 7.05 ounce carton containing five 1.41 ounce pouches. Each of the pouches contains 10 mini donuts. The UPC number that is stamped on the product label is 3 50041 39210 3. The best if used by date is September 15, 2026, and the lot number for this item is 26078.
The recall is limited to specific lots of the product that were manufactured and distributed in March 2026. The recall was triggered after the allergic reaction was reported. The contract manufacturer has identified the cause of the mislabeling issue and has corrected it.
