Lacnola Lactation Granola is being recalled for possible Salmonella contamination. No illnesses have been reported to the company to date in connection with the consumption of this product. The recalling firm is The Hampton Grocers of Montauk, New York.

This product was sold nationwide through mail order on The Hampton Grocers’ web site, and was also sold through other online retailers like Amazon. It was available for purchase from October 21, 2025 through August 12, 2026.
The recalled product is Lacnola Lactation Granola that is packaged in an 8 ounce pink stand up pouch. Printing on the pouch is blue, and there are see through windows that show the granola. The UPC number that is stamped on the product label is 850035324554. The affected lots are Lot HGLC-102125 with the expiration date October 21, 2026, and Lot HGLC-021326 with the expiration date February 13, 2027.
The recall was triggered when the company was notified that organic moringa powder, an ingredient used to make the granola, tested positive for Salmonella.
If you purchased this product, do not eat it. You should throw it away in a secure trash can with a tight fitting lid after first double bagging or wrapping it so other people can’t see it. Contact the company you bought the granola from for a full refund.
If you did eat this granola, monitor your health for the symptoms of Salmonella food poisoning for the next week. If you do get sick, see your doctor. Watch for symptoms in your child as well and see their pediatrician if they get sick.
