No Name Steakhouse Burgers Recalled for Undeclared Allergens

J&B Group of Minnesota is recalling 456 pounds of steakhouse burgers for misbranding and undeclared allergens. The seasoning mix used in the product has hydrolyzed soy and wheat proteins not declared on the label. Soy and wheat are two of the major food allergens.

    It is 2014 and the boxes still do not say wheat or soy on them. They also do not say gluten free. Doesn’t matter which type of steak burger you buy. What is the answer. Are they or are they not Gluten free?
