W&C International Import Inc. is recalling “Rely” Dried Yellow Croaker because it was uneviscerated. The company is also recalling “Rely” Sardine Anchovies for the same problem.

The sale of uneviscerated fish is illegal in New York under Agriculture and Markets regulations because the viscera is more likely to contain Clostridium Botulinum spores than any other portion of the fish. This product may be contaminated with Clostridium Botulinum spores.
