Asian Fusion Cookies, Taco Seasoning Mix Recalled for Allergens

Two product recalls for undeclared allergens have been released. Meijer Taco Seasoning Mix is recalled for undeclared milk, and Sarap Asian Fusion is recalling cookies for undeclared wheat, milk and soy. No illnesses have been reported to date in either of these recall cases.

The first recall is for Sarap Asian Fusion Cookies for undeclared milk, wheat, and soy. The product was distributed through online mail order to these states: AE, AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, GU, HI, IL, IN, JK, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WV, & WY. The cookies are sold in Heat Sealed, Polypropylene Bags that are 4.5 inches by 6 inches.

The flavors of the recalled cookies and the allergen they are recalled for are: Miso Milo for undeclared wheat and soy, Matcha Chocolate for undeclared wheat and soy, Black Sesame for undeclared wheat, soy, and milk, and Ube Cookies and Cream for undeclared wheat, soy, and milk. If you bought these cookies between 8/14/18 and 9/10/18, and cannot eat those ingredients, don’t eat them.

The second recall is for Meijer Taco Seasoning Mix for undeclared milk.  The recalled products is Meijer Taco Seasoning Mix ion a 4.5 ounce bottle. The UPC number is 719283494290 and the best by dates on the product are AUG 04 20 H and AUG 05 20 H. They were shipped to MI, KY, IN, IL, OH, and WI. You can contact the company for a replacement.
