Saint Francis Apizza Pizzas are being recalled because they contain soybean oil and soy lecithin, ingredients that aren’t declared on the label. Soy is one of the nine major food allergens. Anyone who is allergic to soy who eats these products could have a serious reaction. There have been no reports of allergic reactions received by the company to date in connection with the consumption of these products. The recalling firm is Saint Francis Apizza of Cincinnati, Ohio.

The frozen pizzas include Pepperoni, Plain Cheese, Supreme, and Mushroom and Onion. They were sold at these locations:

No pictures of the pizzas were included in the recall notice. If you purchased these pizzas and you are allergic to soy, do not eat them. You can throw them away in a secure trash can with a tight lid after first double bagging the pizza so others can’t see it, or you can take it back to the store where you bought it for a full refund.
