Truly AIP Flour and EAT G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Flat Bread Pizza mix are being recalled because they contain gluten. They were made using Plantain flour supplied by PMF Global, which was labeled and certified gluten free. But independent third party testing confirmed that the flour contained gluten, and products tested at levels significantly exceeding the FDA’s limit of 20 ppm. GF Blends will further test to confirm for wheat gluten. Anyone who is allergic to wheat proteins or has celiac disease could have a serious reaction if they eat these products. No reports of illnesses or allergic reactions have been received by the company to date in connection with the consumption of these products. The recalling firm is GF Blends.
These items were sold up to September 12, 2026 on eatgangsters, trulyaip, and Amazon web sites and to retail customers nationwide. The recalled items are Truly AIP All Purpose Flour sold in 15.3 ounce containers with lot number 260225 and best by date 2-25-28 and with lot number 260610 and best by date 6-10-28. Truly AIP Bread Mix is also recalled. It is packaged in 14 ounce containers, with lot number 260417 and best by date 4-17-28, and lot number 260617 and best by date 12-17-27.
Also recalled is EAT G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R Flat Bread Pizza Mix sold in 163 gram and 3.98 pound containers, with lot number 260327 and best by dates 9-27-27 and 7-27-27. Finally, EAT G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R Flat Bread Pizza Mix packaged in 163 gram containers with lot number 260803 and best by date 2-03-28 is recalled.
If you bought any of these items and you cannot consume gluten, do not eat them. You can throw them away in a secure trash can with a tight fitting lid, or you can take them back to the store where you purchased them for a full refund. GF Blends has notified its customers by email and phone and is arranging for replacements.
