King Arthur Flour Recalled For Foreign Objects

King Arthur Four or Norwich, Vt. is beng recalled because some bags may contain small, blue polyurethane balls used in the sifting process.  The bright, blue balls are 7-9 mm in diameter, or about half the width of a dime and should be easily spotted. They are made of a food-grade material and have no sharp edges. The products under recall are  5-lb. bags of King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour and King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour that have a Best Used By Date and Lot Codes list below. This information is printed on the side of the bag beneath the nutrition panel. Products with  the Best Used By Date and Lot Code numbers printed on the top of the bag are not affected.
