ConAgra Foods is expanding the recall of Watts Brothers Farms Organic Mixed Vegetables, Organic Super Sweet Corn (Yellow/Gold), and Organic Peas that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Consumers who have purchased these products should not eat them.

The recalled products were produced on May 5, 2016 and have not been available for purchase since this date. Health officials encourage consumers to check their freezers.

At the time of the recall, there had been no reported illnesses, according to the company. However, Listeria can cause illness and death.

Those most at risk of infection are young children, frail or elderly people, and those with weakened immune systems. Symptoms of an infection include high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Among pregnant women, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths.
