Schwebel Baking Company Recalls Buns for Undeclared Eggs

Schwebel Baking Company has recalled 17,979 units of Golden Rich Buns with Honey because they contain undeclared egg, one of the major food allergens. Anyone with an egg allergy could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they eat this product.

The recalled products are Golden Rich Buns in 18 ounce packages. One lot is CAFC8W, with best by date of September 21 and UPC numberĀ 071319000838. The other recalled product is Golden Rich Buns in 18 ounce packages with lot number CAFC7B and best by date of September 20, 2013. The UPC number of that product isĀ 071319000838.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to eggs, do not eat it; return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. There have been no reports of adverse reactions due to the consumption of this product.
