In Canada, Curry Powder Recalled for Undeclared Peanuts

In Canada, OS Distribution is recalling A1 Mountain Globe curry powder for undeclared peanuts and mustard, two food allergens. Anyone with an allergy to peanuts and/or mustard could have a serious reaction if they consume these products.

The products are A1 Mountain Globe A1 Meat Curry Powder in 250 gram packages. All codes where peanuts and mustard are not declared on the label are recalled. The UPC number is 9 555149 605995. Also recalled is A1 Mountain Globe A1 Fish Curry Powder in 250 gram packages. All codes where peanuts and mustard are not declared on the label are recalled. The UPC number is 9 555149 605889. The products were sold in British Columbia.

If you purchased these products and are allergic to peanuts and/or mustard, do not eat them. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a refund. You can see pictures of the recalled products at the CFIA web site.
