In Canada, Seaweed Crackers Recalled for Undeclared Milk

Wang Korepab Cracker RecallThe Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Pan Asia Food Co. Ltd. are recalling Wang Korepab – Seaweed crackers because they contain milk, one of the major food allergens, that is not listed on the label. Anyone with an allergy to milk could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume this product.

The recalled product is Wang Korepab – Seaweed in Korean characters only. The package size is 56 grams. All products where milk is not declared on the label are recalled. The UPC number isĀ 8 801117 268206. The product was sold at the retail level in Ontario and Quebec and was possibly sold nationally.

If you are allergic to or sensitive to milk, do not consume this product. Discard it or return to the place of purchase for a refund. This is an update of an earlier warning about the company’s other products.
