Anyone with a severe sensitivity to sulfites could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. The consumption of more than 10 milligrams of sulfites per serving can cause severe reactions, including anaphylactic shock in some asthmatics and those who are very sensitive to the compound. No illnesses have been reported to date.
