If you purchased these products, discard in a double bag or return to the place of purchase for a refund. Then clean your refrigerator with a mild bleach solution if you stored the product there. Listeria can survive at refrigerator temperatures.
If you ate these products, monitor yourself for the symptoms of Listeria monocytogenes food poisoning for the next 70 days. They include fever, muscle aches, headache, stiff neck, confusion, loss of balance, convulsions, and diarrhea. Pregnant women may have only a mild illness, but listeriosis can cause miscarriage, stillbirth, premature delivery, or life-threatnien infection of the newborn.
