Cookie Doughs Recalled for Undeclared Allergens

Tower Cafe, doing business as Okarche Bakery, is recalling frozen cookie doughs because they contain undeclared milk, soy, wheat, and yellow #5. These frozen cookie doughs were distributed by the company that is in Oklahoma. There is no word on whether or not any allergic reactions have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of these products. This information is from the FDA Weekly Enforcement Report for the week of December 2, 2015.

RecallFPBThe recalled products are all sold in 3 pound (48 ounce) plastic tubs. The products do not have lot codes or best by dates.

The recalled products include M&M Old Fashioned Gourmet Cookie Dough with UPC number 025405737764. That product has undeclared milk, soy, wheat, and yellow #5 food coloring. Also recalled is Chocolate Chip Old Fashioned Gourmet Cookie Dough with UPC number 025405737726, for undeclared milk, soy, and wheat. Sugar Old Fashioned Gourmet Cookie Dough is recalled for undeclared soy and wheat; that product has UPC number 025405737733. Finally, Oatmeal Raisin Old Fashioned Gourmet Cookie Dough is recalled for undeclared soy and wheat, with UPC number 0254057337740.

If you purchased any of these products and are allergic to the ingredients listed, do not eat it. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
