Helados La Tapatia Recalls Ice Cream for Undeclared Allergens

Helados La Tapatia of California is voluntarily recalling 13 milk based ice cream products because they contain egg, wheat, nuts, and soy, four of the major food allergens, that are not declared on the label. Anyone who is allergic to those ingredients could have a serious reaction if they eat these products. No illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported to date. A Spanish language version of the recall is available at the FDA web site.
