Big Win Butter Popcorn Recalled for Undeclared Milk

Warning Recall SignThe U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) reports that almost 3,000 units of its “BIG WIN, BUTTER POPCORN ARTIFICIALLY FLAVORED” product have been recalled by Dedinas-Franzak Enterprises. Distributed to and sold through the Rite Aid retail chain, this popcorn may have milk ingredients not listed on its labeling.

The 5-ounce popcorn packages affected by the recall are stamped with the UPC code #0-11822-58492-0 and an expiration date of 16FEB2018. To prevent the risk of potentially life-threatening illness, individuals who are allergic to milk should either throw this popcorn away or return it to the store for a full refund.
