Recall of Ice Cream in Canada for Possible Listeria Updated

The food recall warning issued on March 31, 2017 for Wholesome Farms Vanilla Sundae Cup for possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination has been updated to include another product. Central Smith Creamery is now recalling Strawberry Sundae Cup as well.

The recalled product is Wholesome Farms Strawberry Sundae Cup in 115 ml containers. The code on the product is 03204 and there is no UPC number. Also recalled is Wholesome Farms Strawberry Ice Cream Sundae Cup (case) in 48 x 115 ml containers. The code on that product is 7382200018032042 and 2/1/17 and the UPC number is 00074865915038.

If you purchased this product, do not eat it, and institutions such as nursing homes and hospitals should not serve it. Throw it away in a sealed or double bagged package, or take it back to the place of purchase for a full refund.
