Finally, Smoked Salmon whole fillet, with no UPC number and codes “Meilleur avant” 03/10/18 (26218), “Meilleur avant” 05/10/18 (26418), and “Meilleur avant” 08/10/18 (26718) are recalled, along with Smoked Salmon (sliced fillet) in variable sizes and no UPC number, with codes “Meilleur avant” 03/10/18 (26218), “Meilleur avant” 04/10/18 (26318), “Meilleur avant” 05/10/18 (26418), and “Meilleur avant” 08/10/18 (26718), and Smoked Salmon (trims) with no UPC number, sold in variable sizes, and codes “Meilleur avant” 03/10/18 (26218), and “Meilleur avant” 04/10/18 (26318) are recalled.
If you purchased any of these products, do not eat them. Wrap them in foil or plastic wrap and put them into a garbage can with a lid. Or you can take them back to the place of purchase for a refund.
It’s then a good idea to clean your refrigerator with a solution of 1 tablespoon liquid chlorine bleach to 1 gallon of warm water to kill any bacteria. Listeria bacteria can grow at temperatures below 40°F. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling these products.
