Symptoms of hepatitis A include fatigue, abdominal pain, dark urine, loss of appetite, weight loss, clay colored stools, and jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes). Most people who contract this illness are sick for a few weeks, but some can be ill for months. People with liver disease can experience liver failure or even die if they get this infection.
If you have eaten these Kroger Private Selection Frozen Triple Berry Medley or Frozen Blackberries, you should contact your doctor to see if an immune globulin or hepatitis A vaccine is appropriate. These shots are only good if they are given within two weeks of exposure. Anyone who is experiencing the symptoms of hepatitis A should see their doctor.
