GH Foods SW Recalls Cobb Salad Products

GW Foods SW, of Houston, Texas is recalling 515 pounds of Cobb salad products because they contain eggs produced by Michael Foods Inc. that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.

  • “Fresh Garden Highway Cobb Salad”
  • 7.5-ounce plastic containers
  • “Sell-by” date through 2/6/2012
  • Establishment number “P-44056” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
  • Products distributed to retail establishments in Texas.

GH Foods SW was notified by one of its suppliers that hard-cooked eggs produced by Michael Foods Egg Products Co. had tested positive for Listeria and are now being recalled. The salads were made with the recalled eggs.
