Safeway Lasagna Recalled for Undeclared Allergens

Windsor Quality Food Co. of Illinois is recalling about 96,408 pounds of Safeway lasagna that contain egg and soy, two of the major food allergens, that are not declared on the label.

Two customer complaints initiated the recall. The company thinks the meat lasagna was inadvertently packaged in a cheese lasagna carton. There have been no reports of illness associated with the consumption of these products.
