Bruce Foods Corporation of Louisiana is recalling mislabeled cans of red enchilada sauce because they contain undeclared wheat and soy. This recall is being expanded to include product sold in Indiana. The product is already recalled in Virginia and Minnesota.
The 10 ounce Food Club Red Enchilada Sauce could contain Green Enchilada Sauce instead, which has wheat and soy. Those with an allergy to wheat and/or soy could have a serious allergic reaction if they consume this product. The recalled sauce has code GES 462449 and a best before date of 12/3/2016.
