The recall is expanding to include more Igor products. Some products may have been sold in smaller packages, cut and wrapped by various retailers. Igor “Gorgonzola Piccante” in 1.5 kg packages is recalled, with no UPC number. Finally, Igor “Gorgonzola Dolce DOP” in 200 gram packages, with UPC numberĀ 8 021398 256802 is recalled. The products were distributed in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia and perhaps other provinces.

If you purchased any of these cheeses, do not eat them. Return them to the place of purchase for a refund. For questions and more information, contact the CFIA at 1-800-442-2342.
