In Canada, Black Forest Salami Recalled for Undeclared Mustard

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Heidelberg Foods Ltd. (EST 644) are recalling Noah Martin’s Black Forest Salami. It contains mustard, which is not declared on the label. There have been no illnesses reported in connection with the consumption of this product.

Recall SignageThe meat was sold in various weight packages to customers in Ontario up to and including January 11, 2013. The salami was sold at Gerber Meats in Milbank, Ontario, Foodland in Owen Sound, Ontario, Tara Butcher Shop in Tara, Ontario, Wroxeter Variety in Wroxeter, Ontario, Foodland in Dorchester, Henderson’s Grocery in Lancaster, Ontario, and St. Agatha Meat Market in St. Agatha, Ontario.
