The product is Probiotic Elderberry in a 90 count amber glass jar with an outer cardboard carton. The carton is marked with Lot number 01230049332, expiration date 01/31/15, and UPC number 7-27783-00123-8. No other New Chapter products are affected by this recall. The product was distributed nationwide through retail stores, mail order, and direct delivery.
