Claude’s Beef Jerky Recalled for Undeclared Wheat, Fish

jerky-recallJerky By Art of Albuquerque, N.M. is recalling an undetermined amount of beef jerky products because they were produced without the benefit of inspection and contain the undeclared allergens wheat and anchovies. There have been no reports of illness associated with this product.

The recalled products were sold in vacuum-packed plastic bags labeled Claude’s Beef Jerky with Red Chile. The establishment number “EST. 34270”  appears inside the USDA Mark of Inspection, were. Most of the products were sold through online sales.

The problem was discovered during an ongoing investigation into the establishment. Anyone  with health concerns about a reaction to this product should contact a healthcare provider.
