There are several food recalls in Canada today. They range from ice cream recalled for peanuts to coffee mix recalled for milk. Anyone with an allergy or severe sensitivity to these foods could have a serious reaction if they eat these products. No illnesses have been reported relating to any of these recalled products.
The first is San Mig 3 in 1 Coffeemix in 140 gram containers (14 g x 10 sachets) for undeclared milk. The UPC numbers are: outer package 4 806513 740022 and inter package 4 806513 740008. It was sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan.
The second recall is Abido fish and chicken Cover Mix for undeclared milk. The products are Abido Crispy Mixed Crispy for Chicken Cover Mix with Hot Pepper in 500 gram containers. The UPC number is 5 283001 100671 and the codes on the product are PRO: 20/05/2013 and EXP: 20/05/2015. Also recalled is Abido Crispy cover fish mixed Cover Mix in 500 gram containers. The UPC number is 5 283001 105119 and the codes are PRO: 07/08/12 and EXP: 07/08/14. They were sold nationally.
Finally, Kawartha chocolate ice cream is recalled for improperly declared peanuts. It is Kawartha dairy Chocoalte Ice Cream in 1.5 liter containers. The UPC number is 0 62229 08913 6 and the codes on the product are 4122 09:44 to 10:19. The containers have a Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream lid and contain Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream. The product was sold in Ontario.
