In Canada, DSI Chicken Ham Soya Product Recalled for Allergens

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and DSI Food Corporation are recalling DSI Chicken Ham Soya Style Product because it contains egg, wheat, and gluten that are not declared on the label. Those are three of the major food allergens. Anyone with an allergy or severe sensitivity to egg and/or gluten could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. There is no word on whether any allergic reactions or illnesses have been reported.

Recall SignThe recalled product, DSI Chicken Ham Soya Style Product, is sold in 1 kg packages. All codes where egg, wheat, and gluten are not declared on the label are recalled. The UPC number isĀ 6 76457 00089 6. The product was sold in Alberta at the retail level.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to egg, gluten, and/or wheat, do not eat it. Discard it or return it to the place of purchase for a refund. There are no photos of the recalled product available.
