The American Pop Corn Company of Sioux City, Iowa has recalled Jolly Time Microwave popcorn because it may be contaminated with small stainless steel metal fragments. There is no word on whether or not any injuries have been reported in association with the consumption of this product.

The individual carton UPC number is 028190007876. The UPC number on the 12-count case is 10028190007804. The best by date is 3/27/15 (Julian date 4086). The popcorn was distributed in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.
