Tekki Shomen Products Recalled for Undeclared Milk

The recall of Tekki Shomen noodles for undeclared milk in Canada has been expanded to include another product. The recall, issued on February 18, 2014 was for Noodles in a Cup Batchoy Special. The new recall adds Tekki Shomen Seafood Royale, in 40 gram containers. The code on the product is MPIL-6, and the UPC number isĀ 4 804888 899710.

This product was identified as being a problem during the CFIA’s food safety investigation after the first recall. If you have an allergy to milk, do not eat this product. Return it to the place of purchase for a refund. There have been no reported illnesses associated with the consumption of these products.
