Aurora Cranberry Health Mix Recalled in Canada for Salmonella

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CRFIA) is warning the public not to consume Aurora brand Cranberry Health Mix because it may be contaminated with Salmonella bacteria. No illnesses have been reported to date.

Recall SignageThe recalled product is Aurora Cranberry Health Mix in 4.5 ounce (127 gram) containers. The codes on the product are 10/30/15 to 12/13/15, with various UPC numbers. This warning was triggered by a recall in the United States.

Foods contaminated with Salmonella bacteria will not look, smell, or taste spoiled. Young children, the elderly, pregnant women, and those with chronic illnesses and compromised immune system are vulnerable to serious complications from this type of infection.

If you purchased this product, do not eat it. Discard in a sealed container or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
