Crazy about Cookies Recalled for Undeclared Allergens

Pine Valley Foods is recalling Crazy about Cookies Pre-portioned varieties because they contain milk and egg, two of the major food allergens, that are not declared on the label. Anyone who is allergic to those two ingredients could have a serious reaction if they eat these products.

The sugar cookie dough is being recalled for undeclared milk. The walnut chocolate chunk cookie dough is being recalled for undeclared egg. You can see the long list of recalled products, with package sizes, UPC numbers, and date codes, at the FDA web site. The products include Sugar Cookies, Holiday Decorated Sugar Cookies, Monsters Decorated Sugar Cookies, Birthday Decorated Sugar Cookies, Hello Kitty Decorated Sugar Cookies, Custom Decorated Sugar Cookies, and Walnut Chocolate Chunk Cookies. They were distributed nationally within the fundraising industry.

If you purchased these products and are allergic to milk and/or eggs, do not eat them.  Throw them away or return them or proof of purchase to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement. They are safe to eat for anyone who is not allergic to those ingredients.
