Edgwick Farm Chocolate Goat Milk Recalled

Chocolate goat milk is being recalled in New York for improper pasteurization. Pasteurization kills bacteria that are naturally present in the milk of ruminant animals. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of this product.

RecallThe recalled product is Edgwxick Farm Chocolate Goat Milk. It is sold in half-gallon plastic containers. The code on the product is 060415 BEST BY 061815. It was sold at several Hudson Valley Farmers’ Markets last week. The milk was produced by Edgwxick Farm LTD in Cornwall, New York.

If you purchased this product, do not drink it. Discard in a sealed container so other people and animals can’t eat it, or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
