More Heinz Baby Food Recalled in Canada for Spoilage Potential

Heinz Canada is recalling more of its baby food for spoilage potential. The recall issued on April 15, 2015 is updated to include another product. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with these recalled items.

The newly recalled products is Heinz Sweet Potato and Beef Medley in 213 ml jars. The code on the product is 2017AU04 and the UPC number is 0 579050 2. It was sold nationally at the retail level.

Do not feed this product to your child. If you have it in your home, throw it away or return it to the place of purchase for a refund. Symptoms of illness related to spoiled food may include upset stomach, vomiting, and diarrhea. If your child experiences these symptoms, see your doctor.
