Wegmans Recalls Ready to Cook Meat Products

Wegmans is recalling ready to cook meat products because they contain undeclared milk and soy, two of the major food allergens, that are not listed on the label. There is no word on whether or not any illnesses or reactions have been reported.

RecallThe recalled products were sold in the Ready To Cook section of the service case of the meat department. All of the products with a Use By date up to and including May 19, 2015 are recalled. The products containing undeclared milk and soy are: Herb Stuffed Pork Chops with UPC number 26060800000; Herb Stuffed Chicken Breast with UPC number 260806000000; Herb Stuffed Pork Roll with UPC number 26081700000; and Herb Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with UPC number 26082100000.

Products recalled for undeclared soy are: Apple Raisin Stuffed Pork Chops with UPC numbers 26081100000 and 29081100000; Pork Tenderloin with Apple and Raisin Stuffing with UPC numbers 260814000000, 20060600000, 26060600000, 26082200000, and 29060600000; and Apple Raisin Stuffed Pork Roll with UPC number 26081800000.

If you purchased these items and are allergic to milk and/or soy, do not eat them. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
