GFS Cheese Manicotti Recalled for Undeclared Egg

Holland Foods is recalling GFS Cheese Manicotti because the product inside the package may be Chicken Cannelloni, which contains egg. Anyone who is allergic to egg could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this issue.

The recalled product is Individual Tin Pans of GFS Cheese Manicotti with Julian lot code 15268, and cases of GFS Chicken Cannelloni with Julian lot code 15268. The recalled products were distributed by Gordon Food Service to retail stores, restaurants, and other foodservice operators in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and West Virginia.

A consumer reported that a pan labeled Cheese Manicotti instead contained Chicken Cannelloni. If you purchased this product and are allergic to egg, do not eat it. Throw it away or take it back to the place of purchase for a refund.
