In Canada, a recall by Mannarich Food Inc. for Parker Lee brand noodle products has been updated. The products were recalled for undeclared egg. Consumers with an allergy to eggs should not eat these products
The recalled products include Japanese Style Udon Noodle with Seafood with product code 02212 and UPC 0 68636 21061 3. and Thai Style Rice Noodle with Seafood with product code 02040 and UPC 0 68636 21062 0.
The problem was discovered by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. At the time of the recall not adverse reactions had been reported.
