Kitchen Cravings Parfait Recall for Nuts Expands

Kwik trip is expanding their recall of Kitchen Cravings Strawberry and Mixed Berry Parfaits for undeclared traces of peanuts and/or almonds. Anyone who is allergic to tree nuts or peanuts could have a serious reaction if they eat these products. No allergic reactions have been reported to date.

The company’s supplier, Azar Nut Company, initiated a recall of more lots of granola used in the product that may contain peanuts or almonds. Kwik Trip has removed all of the products from their retail locations.

The recalled products are Kitchen Cravings Strawberry Parfait in an 8.25 ounce cup, with UPC numberĀ 3977918435. Also recalled is Kitchen Cravings Mixed Berry Parfait in an 8.25 ounce cup with UPC numberĀ 3977918436. Both were sold at Kwik Trip locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa (Kwik Star) and have a sell by date on or before 8/7/16.

If you purchased either of these products and are allergic to almonds or peanuts, do not eat it. Throw it away or return it to the store where you bought it for a full refund.
