On-Cor Chicken Patties Recalled for Foreign Material

OSI Industries of Wisconsin is recalling about 21,403 pounds of chicken products that may be contaminated with foreign materials. Three consumer complaints mentioned firm blue plastic in the product. The product was contaminated the same time a trim repair was made on belt material. No confirmed reports of injury have been received to date.

The recalled product is 35 ounce/2 pound 3 ounce frozen plastic packages containing “On-Cor Chicken Patties Microwaveable” with Best by Date 8/5/2017. The product has the establishment number “P-5615” inside the USDA mark of inspection. They were shipped to retail locations in Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

If you purchased this product, do not eat it. Throw it away or take it back to the place of purchase for a full refund.
