Riley’s Sweet Pumpkin Ravioli Recalled for Undeclared Nuts

Raley’s Sweet Pumpkin Ravioli has been recalled for undeclared nuts, according to the FDA Enforcement Report for January 6, 2016. This report is released every week and contains recalls that are not issued in the usual manner. There is no word on whether or not any reactions or illnesses have been reported to date.

Important RecallRaley’s was notified by their manufacturer that the pasta may contain undeclared cashew and almond, or tree nuts. The product is 10 ounce packages of fresh egg pasta with a pumpkin and Amaretti Biscuit filling. The recall is for 305 cases of the product. All code lots are being recalled. The UPC number for the product isĀ 046567021218. The pasta was sold in California and Nevada as a product of Italy.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to cashews and/or almonds, or tree nuts, do not eat it. Discard the pasta or return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
