Route 11 Potato Chips Recalled for Possible Salmonella

Route 11 Sour Cream & Chive Potato Chips are being recalled for possible Salmonella contamination. It was made with recalled nonfat dry milk powder by Valley Milk Products in a facility where the pathogenic bacteria was found. No bacteria has been found in the Route 11 potato chips, but a recall is being issued out of an abundance of caution.

The recalled product is Route 11 Sour Cream & Chive Potato Chips in 2 ounce and 6 ounce bags. They have best by dates beginning with 2/9/17 and ending with 6/10/17. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of this product.

The only Route 11 product affected by this recall is the Sour Cream & Chive Potato Chips. If you purchased this product, do not eat it. Throw it away in a sealed container or take it back to the place of purchase for a refund.
