TF Foods Recalling Fried Bean Snack for Undeclared Peanuts

TF Foods of California is recalling “Fried Bean Snack” (Na-Pia-Jo) because it may contain undeclared peanuts, one of the major food allergens. Anyone who is allergic to peanuts could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of this product.

The recalled product is packaged in a 10.60 ounce clear plastic bag. It was distributed nationally in retail stores between November 2015 and the beginning of February 2016. The recall was initiated after the company changed its recipe which added peanuts, but did not change the labeling. Sales have been suspended until the problem has been corrected.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to peanuts, do not eat it. Throw it away or return to the place of purchase for a full refund.
