Naan Bread Recalled by Raja Foods LLC for Undeclared Milk

The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) reports that Raja Foods LLC, based in Skokie, Illinois, has recalled its frozen “ANARKALI PESHAWARI NAAN” product. This naan bread may contain milk, an allergen that was not labelled on its packaging.

The products affected by the recall were manufactured between 7/1/2015 and 7/1/2017 and distributed across the United States. They were packaged in 15-ounce plastic bags stamped with the UPC code 0-51179-99605-2.

One person, so far, has been sickened by this product. People who are allergic to milk run the risk of serious illness or death if they eat this naan bread. It should be thrown away or returned to the store for a full refund.Raja Foods Recalls Naan
