Milk is one of the eight major food allergens. Anyone who is sensitive to or allergic to milk, or who is lactose intolerant, could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No reactions have been reported to date.

It was distributed to the Kroger Family of Stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. The Nutrition Facts Panel, Ingredient Declaration, and Allergen Statement on the back label of the package was incorrect because of a printing error.
