Enlightened Brand Ice Cream Recalled for Undeclared Peanut

Beyond Better Foods has issued a recall for Enlightened brand Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream because it may contain undeclared peanut. Consumers with peanut allergies should not eat this ice cream as they run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. The recall was issued after it was discovered that Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip ice cream was packaged in in Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream pint-sized containers and capped with Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip labeled lids. Kitchen Cravings Parfaits Sold at Kwik Trip Recalled for Undeclared Peanut

Kwik Trip Inc. of La Crosse, WI has issued a recall for Kitchen Cravings brand Strawberry and Mixed Berry Parfaits fro undeclared peanut. Consumers with an allergy to peanuts should not eat these parfaits. The recalled products were sold in 8.25 oz. cups at Kwik Trip stores in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.  The recalled Kitchen Cravings Strawberry Parfait was sold in 8.25 oz. cups with the UPC CODE 3977918435. The recalled Kitchen Cravings Mixed Berry Parfaits were sold in 8.25 oz. cups with the UPC CODE 3977918436. Both had "sell by" dates on or before 7/31/2016. Snyder’s-Lance Inc. has issued a recall for Lance brand oyster crackers. The recall was issued after the company was notified by its wheat flour supplier, Grain Craft, that certain lots of flour that may contain low levels of undeclared peanut residue. Updated June 22 Tippin’s Gourmet Pies of Kansas City, KS  has issued a recall for select Key Lime Pies because they may contain flour with undeclared peanut residue. Tippin’s initiated the recall after being notified that supplier, Kellogg Company, had issued a recall for graham cracker crumbs because they may contain undeclared peanut residue. Consumers with peanut allergies should not eat this product as they may experience an allergic reaction if they do. At the time of the recall, the company had not received any reports of illness. Gardner Pie Company of Akron, Ohio is recalling Cheesecakes and Key Lime Pies because they may contain undeclared peanut residue. The recalled items were sold at the Gardner retail outlet store between April 11, 2016 and June 14, 2016. At the time of the recall, no illnesses had been reported. However, consumers who have a peanut allergy should not eat these products as they risk serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they do. Hostess Brands is recalling 710,000 cases of snack cakes and donuts after being notified by a supplier, Grain Craft,  that certain lots of its flour may have been contaminated with undeclared peanut residue. Consumers with an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts should not eat these products as they run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they do.
