Hartz Mountain Corporation of Secaucus, New Jersey is recalling four specific lots of Wardley® Advanced Nutrition™ Perfect Protein™ Tropical Flake Fish Food because it may be contaminated with Salmonella bacteria.

There is a risk that young children, the elderly, and those with chronic health problems could contact Salmonella after handling the product.

The company hasn’t received any reports of animals or humans getting sick from contact with this product. The product is being removed from stores and distribution centers.
