Eco-Cuisine Recalls Mixes Because of Possible Salmonella Contamination

Eco=-Cuisine is recalling all lots of many of its mixes because they may be contaminated with Salmonella bacteria. No illnesses have been reported to date. You can see all of the product labels at the FDA web site. The products were distributed nationwide through direct sales and food service distribution centers.

The recalled products include Eco-Cuisine Basic Brownie Mix in 1 pound bag, with 10 bags per box or in 25 bulk box, with product code T3314. Also recalled are Eco-Cuisine Betty Brownie Mix with Vanilla in 17.5 ounce bags, with product code T3333, and Eco-Cuisine Chocolate Cookie Mix in 1 pound bags with product code T3416. Eco-Cuisine Lemon Muffin Mix in 1 pound bags with code T3417 is recalled along with Eco-Cuisine English Scone Mix in 1 pound bags with product code T3418.

Two mixes using meat are recalled: Eco-Cuisine Ground Beef Style Quick Mix in 10 pound boxes with product code T3388. Also, Eco-Cuisine Sausage Style Quick Mix in 10 pound boxes with product code T3394.

Eco-Cuisine-Brownie-Mix

Central Milling Basic Cookie Mix in 25 pound bags with CM25COOK code are recalled, along with Central Milling Basic Muffin Mix in 25 pound bags with code CM25MUFF. Finally, Central Milling Basic Scone Mix in 25 pound bags with code CM25SCON are recalled.
