Price Chopper has posted two recalls of meat products because the farm medication used in the animals exceeds the threshold amount allowed by the USDA. There is no word on whether or not any illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported.
The first recall is for Hormel Natural Choice Smoked Turkey Breast. The UPC number of that product is 37600 13264. The second recall is for Jennie O Turkey Wieners, with UPC number 42222 81210.
If you purchased either of these products, do not eat them. Discard in a sealed container so other people and animals can’t eat them, or return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
